How much does a website cost?

Three packages: Launch $195, Growth $495, Authority $795. One-time project pricing — the package pages spell out what's included in each, and if your project doesn't fit a package, we'll quote it straight before any work starts.

How do payments work?

Launch is paid in full to book. Growth and Authority start with a 50% deposit; the balance is due at launch, before handover. We invoice through Stripe — you pay by card and get a proper invoice and receipt every time. Custom-scoped work (AI, software, security) runs on a deposit plus milestones agreed in the quote.

Are there monthly fees?

Not from us for the website itself. Your domain and any third-party services you choose (email, booking tools) are yours and billed by their providers. We do offer one optional extra — the Care plan, below — priced in the open like everything else.

Do I need a Google Business Profile?

If customers search Google or Maps to find businesses like yours, yes — it's the free listing that puts your name, hours, and reviews on the map, and for most local businesses it's where the phone calls come from. We can set yours up properly for $75 one-time — or it's free inside the Growth and Authority packages.

How do we start?

Fill out the Start Your Project form — it takes a few minutes and asks only what your project type needs. We reply within one business day with a straight answer on fit, price, and next steps.

How long does a website take?

It depends on the package and how quickly your content (photos, text, logo) comes together. Before work starts, we confirm your launch date in writing — and you approve the finished site before it goes live.

I already have a website. Can you redo it?

Yes — redesigns are a standard project type. We'll look at what you have, keep what works, and rebuild the rest.

What do you need from me?

Your business details through the form, plus whatever content you already have — logo, photos, price lists. If you don't have them yet, say so in the form; we'll tell you exactly what's needed and what we can create.

Do I own my website and domain?

Yes. Once your project is paid in full, the site, the domain, and your content belong to you. We don't hold websites hostage — that's the whole point of the balance-before-handover step.

Where are you located?

Franklin County, Southern Illinois. Local clients can meet us in person; remote clients anywhere in the U.S. get the same work and the same straight answers.

What if I need changes after my site launches?

For 14 days after launch, anything that's broken compared to what you approved gets fixed free — that's a promise, not a favor. After that, changes are quoted as new work at a flat price before we start, so there are no surprises. Or take the Care plan — $29/mo or $290/yr (two months free on yearly) — and small changes are simply done for you: up to 30 minutes a month, back to you in 2 business days, plus a monthly check that your site and forms work and a quarterly note on how you're showing up on Google. Cancel anytime; your site is yours either way.

Something broke or I need a change — how do I get help?

Use the Support page or email hello@vajgrtlabs.com. The people who built your site are the people who answer — no ticket queue disappearing into a call center.

Can you help with AI, custom software, or security — not just websites?

Yes. Practical AI for your business, custom software and tools, and security essentials (hardening, strong sign-ins, updates, backups — the fundamentals, done properly) are all scoped per project through the same Start form.
