The Pampered Paw started when groomer Jess M. kept a waiting list out of her garage. Six years on, we have four tubs, a quiet room for nervous dogs, and the same rule: no rushing, no muzzles unless safety demands it, and breaks whenever a pup asks for one.
“Biscuit used to shake at groomers. Now he drags me to the door. The photo text mid-bath made my whole day.”
— Hannah L., Johnston City · Biscuit, Goldendoodle“Moose boarded for five nights in the suite. Report cards every day — ate well, played hard, slept fine. Zero worry.”
— Tyler R., Herrin · Moose, Lab“They got six months of shedding out of Pepper and she came home smelling like oatmeal cookies. Worth every penny.”
