Order for Pickup — (618) 555-0142Rosa Benedetti arrived from Abruzzo in 1979 with two suitcases, a starter culture wrapped in cloth, and a recipe card for sauce written in pencil. In 1982 she opened four tables on Main Street. There are twenty-two tables now — and the same sauce card, framed behind the register.
