Our Story
We opened Ember & Oak in a former bookbinder's shop on the square, keeping the oak counters and adding a small roaster in the back.
Everything here is deliberately unhurried — beans roasted in small batches, milk from a dairy twenty minutes away, and chairs you're welcome to sit in all afternoon. No rush, no noise. Just good coffee and room to breathe.
